Annual hours worked by industry sector by age - how to find - what ATUS extract to submit?

I haven't used the ATUS in quite a while, so I'm tring to save reading all the documentation to find out what variables, etc. I need to find out the Annual Hours worked by Indsutry Sector (first digit of the SIC code or first two digits of the NAICS code), broken down by age.

I can use STATA, but I'd rather just use Excel, if possible.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you!

George.
