I basically need census reports for Uganda, Kenya, Ethiopia, Tanzania, and Rwanda for all census carried out in these countries.
I am afraid IPUMS-International does not provide census reports on their website. It may be possible to use the Sample Information to identify the name of the Census Agency for each Census, which could help track down Census Reports.
