Census2000

why do some of the cases in census 2000 5% have person weights of zero? How should they be managed in individual level analysis?

As noted on the Comparability Tab, in the 2000 census some values of PERWT have values of zero. This is not an error and is the value provided by the Census Bureau. This value reflects the complex sampling design of the census.
