The 1910 full count file includes 604 observations from Hawaii, but the 1920 and 1930 full count files don't include any observations from Hawaii. This seems to be a characteristic of the IPUMS USA full count files as each of the sample data sets from 1910-1930 include observations from Hawaii. These details can be clearly seen by selecting the 1910-1930 samples (and full count files) and selecting "case-count view" radio button on the STATEFIP variable.
