Does IPUMS have the SSPA quality flag in the 2012 ACS sample?

In 2012, the ACS created a quality flag called SSPA that was used to indicate if a same sex couple's maritial status was changed from married to unmarried. Does IPUMS have this flag? If so what variable can it be found under?

Thank you.

Yes, IPUMS includes this flag. It can be found under the QRELATE variable. This is a flag for the RELATE variable, which describes an individual's relationship to the head of the household. In ACS samples a "9" in the QRELATE flag variable indicates that a same sex spouse was changed to an unmarried partner.
