Hi, it has been over 4 hours for my data extract and I was wondering if there is an issue with the process?

I submitted the extraction request around noon and have still not received any notification regarding the data (it has been approximately 4 hours). Another colleague said the extraction process took 40 minutes. Is there an issue with my extraction request?

We apologize for the delay; our extract system underwent some maintenance but is back up and running. If you have not received notice that your extract is ready, please let us know.
