How is VLHALLORG in CPS volunteer supp coded? Values of 99999 not in documentation.

The documentation suggests values are only true values, and no codes listed for 9999X values as NIU, missing, etc... Other values seem unrealistic but not in usual pattern for missing, NIU, etc.. Can someone advise how VLHALLORG constructed and thus what is valid value?

The special codes for VLHALLORG follow the typical CPS coding convention. 99999==NIU, 99996=Refused, and 99997==Don't Know. Depending on the number of digits in the values these are sometimes denoted as 99, 96, and 97 in other variables.
