Hello, I am interested in looking at the self-reported health variable and the BMI variable in the IHIS data. What is the representativeness of the data (state-level, county-level, etc) and is there zipcode data available for all individuals in the dataset? If there are any references, I’d appreciate it. If the above is not available/true, any suggestions which other datasets to look at or how I can get access?
