Is the 2013 ACS microdata going to be released by the end of October (2014)?

Is the 2013 ACS microdata going to be released soon? I know it is usually released by mid-october, is there a delay this year??

When do you anticipate it is going to be released?

The Census Bureau released the 1-year 2013 ACS PUMS file on October 23rd. Generally, IPUMS-USA releases the harmonized version of the 1-year ACS within one month of the initial Census Bureau release.
