Is the file 2000PUMAsASCII.txt for Census 2010 already available?

I would like to obtain the population for each PUMA in the ACS 2012.

Is the ASCII for the Census 2010 already available?

IPUMS-USA does not yet have the 2010 PUMA equivalency files on the IPUMS-USA website, but they are available by state from the Census Bureau under Reference Information (or through the Census Bureau FTP site). Unlike the 2000 PUMAs ASCII file, the layout information is not stored in the text file, but is available as a downloadable pdf titled “2010 PUMA Equivalency File Format and Record Layout”.
