The lowest level of geography identifiable in the Swiss census samples is the canton. This is the first sub-national geographic region and is likely not what you are thinking of when you say municipality or district. IPUMS International is only able to provide access to the data as specified by national statistical offices. Particularly if you are interested in aggregated data, you may want to reach out to the Federal Statistical Office in Switzerland to see if they are able to provide access to lower level information.
