Is it possible to post the contact info of the person/team at the census in charge of the CPS tax model?

I am looking for additional information on the sources of the tax variables in the ASEC-CPS. The only information in the variables description is "For more information about the model, see Current Population Reports, Series P60-18RD." Would it be feasible to include a link to these reports and also specify who is producing these estimates so that they can be contacted for clarifications?

I am not able to find active links to these reports either. The documentation on the CPS tax model is not great, but don't take this to mean that the methods are not sound. The Census Bureau goes to great lengths to ensure that the tax model provides accurate information. In looking into more documentation, I've found at least two sources of information helpful (available here and here).
