Is there recent data available on the well-being, happiness, or quality of life of people?

I am trying to find the effect of Affordable Care Act's Medicaid expansion on the quality of life, happiness, or well-being of people. The Medicaid expansion was passed in 2014, but the data I am finding is only upto 2013. Do we have any data for how people percieve their quality of life after 2014?

The only direct quality of life variable available in the IPUMS universe, is the QUALOFLIFE variable in IPUMS Health Surveys. Unfortunately, this variable is only available in 2010. There are variables on "Kessler's Psychological Distress" scale (see under Adult Mental Health) for the years between 1997 and 2016. While these variable are not exactly quality of life indicators, responses to these variables are likely to be related (probably inversely) to quality of life measures.

I hope this helps.
