County formats (county_f) in SAS code are not being provided for download of geographic information in 2013 US data for NY state.

Since the ICPSR county codes are not unique across states, it is unfortunately not possible for IPUMS to provide a SAS format for COUNTY. You can find the New York county codes and the corresponding county names here.
