IPUMS NHIS includes a number of CAM variables. These can be found through the extract system under the Person -> Alternative Health menu. The variable description pages include a "Weight" tab which indicates which weight variable should be used when analyzing the given variable. For example CAMTHERNO from 2012 uses the weight variable SUPP4WT.
I hope this helps!
