Terms of use of IPUMS USA

Hi,

Using datasets provided by IPUMS USA, I worked on a paper and now, I am going to submit it to a journal. The journal requires me to disclose whether another party (i.e., IPUMS USA) has the right to review my paper before its circulation.

I know that I should cite IPUMS USA in my paper and I did; also, I am well aware that I should add my citation to the IPUMS bibliography once my paper is accepted.

However, I am not sure whether IPUMS has the right to review my paper before its circulation.
