For 2016 5-year data, some “city” are in data but not show in code(such as 2000, can’t be recognize which city is that), and Yonkers(7590) shown in code but can’t be found in real data?
Looking at your most recent data extract, I (1) don’t see any city with a value of 2000 and (2) I see Yonkers, NY (==7590) in the data. So, I am not sure what is happening that causes you to observe the details you’ve reported above, but I am not able to replicate these observations. Perhaps try re-downloading the data. Sometimes the download process can be interrupted and can lead to bizarre observations like this.
