Wages of males in the El Salvador censuses

Hi,

I am looking for data on wages of males in the El Salvador censuses - 1992 and 2007. The larger goal is to get wages of males by age and years of schooling. But I cannot find wages data in either the harmonized or the source variables. Is it a field that is not reported in the census at all or has the IPUMS not reported it due to some reason? Many thanks!

In general, IPUMS International makes as many variables available as possible of each census sample. This is no exception. According to the questionnaire texts it looks like in both 1992 and 2007 (links here and here) income was not explicitly asked as part of the El Salvadorian census.
