When creating 2000s MEPS stata 14 extract in rect (per) format all data points appear missing. Thoughts on why?

Hmm... This is strange. I just downloaded your extract #4 on my computer and opened it in Stata with no problems. The data is loaded in as expected. I suggest watching the video tutorial we have about downloading and opening IPUMS data in Stata. This may help uncover the issue.
