I have been unable to replicate this problem in either Chrome or Safari. What browser are you using?
You might try the typical browser-related fixes: allow pop-ups (at least for data.terrapop.org), and clear your cache.
Thank you for your quick response. With IE it didn’t work (despite allowing for popups and so on). But with Firefox everything is fine now!
It didn’t work in Chrome and Firefox, but I’ve managed to donwload using Microsoft Edge
