Why is there no age variable prior to 2008 anymore in CPS?

Don’t worry! AGE is still available prior to 2008. It is just that the “default” samples selected only go back to 2008. If you click “Select Samples”, and add more samples to your extract, then you’ll see that age is available prior to 2008. This can also be verified on the Availability Tab of the AGE variable.
