Worker Population Detail - Include students?

For questions about workers 16+ in the Census and ACS, particularly the questions about travel mode, would the population include students?

The questions about travel mode to work could include students if a couple conditions are met. These questions are restricted by two factors: (1) persons need to be older than 15 and (2) have answered "yes" to the question, "Last week, did this person do ANY work for pay, even as little as one hour?" If these are both true then they are asked questions about travel mode such as TRANWORK.

I hope this is helpful. Let us know if you have any additional questions.
