release 1992 Romanian census?

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a graduate student at the University of Tsukuba, studying Public Economics. This dataset is requested for study purposes as we would like to replicate the paper by Pop-Elches “The Impact of an Abortion Ban on Socioeconomic Outcomes of Children: Evidence from Romania” by Cristian Pop-Eleches.

Thank you and looking forward to hearing from you.

The 1992 Romanian census is an available sample via IPUMS International. To access this data, you'll have to register for an IPUMS International account, if you have not done so already. Once your account is approved, you can select any of the available samples and variables to include in your data extract. For more information about accessing international census data via IPUMS International see our online video tutorials.
