Question

Status:Closed    Asked:May 02, 2014 - 09:52 AM

where is the Great Britain linked sample?

In the " about" section it is said that "The NAPP database has enabled linking of individuals between census years for longitudinal analysis. NAPP includes... ...samples for Great Britain that link males, females and couples between 1851 and 1881." In the "release dates" section it is said that in 2012 the Release VII included Great Britain linked samples. Still, in the "linked samples" section there is no trace of the data for Great Britain. Where can I find this data? I looked in the UK Data service but did not find it there either.

Thank you very much.

The linked Great Britain samples are not yet available, but will likely be released by the end of this summer (2014). The note you linked to is inaccurate and will be amended soon. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
